The Scientific Entirety of the Supreme Law of the Land made it rather simple, but undeniable, to prove. Basicly, the only place to get a unanimous, beyond doubt, verdict or indictment/conviction that wrongdoing has occurred is at a local grand jury (or it's bifurcated trial jury, bifurcated to provide an accused the fullness of his/her rights, because he/she wasn't present at the grand jury proceedings). THESE ARE THE ONLY TRUE INDICTMENTS/CONVICTIONS (OR WARRANTS THEREUPON/THEREFROM), THE ONLY TIME "WE THE PEOPLE" HAVE SPOKEN. Any/All others are, at best, a "superior officer's order" (or concurrence) that an "arrest for crimes in progress" is due/justified/needed....called a "Bench Warrant", but, it is no warrant. Constitutionally, such a "bench warrant" is, still, required to be presented to the grand jury, asap, just like any other arrest (or seizure of below bankruptcy properties) and an indictment/conviction made to allow/authorize the costs, etc. of such an arrest/seizure, incarceration, etc.
It's this difference in proper procedure's definition that's responsible for most of our governmental and social problems, our deficits, preventable foreclosures/homelessness, preventable benefits denials, the prolonged injuries/illnesses that result therefrom, the epidemics they produce, the enemy-arming-foreign-loans produced by such deficits, and the Civil/World War Production that're composed of such errors.
Its this denial/theft of grand jury presentment of any/all evidence/affirmations of wrongdoing, asap, that also keeps the grand jury from being able to vote/indict/convict, as soon as it possibly can, allowing crimes (and the debts therefrom) to go unresolved for hours, days, months, years, even indefinitely that's the problem. This is why General George Washington, passed the 1787 U.S. Constitution, among other things, detailing how DEFAULT OCCURS, TURNING A BILL/DEBT INTO A LAW/WARRANT IN 10 DAYS (SUNDAYS EXCEPTED), as well as prohibiting BILLS OF ATTAINDER (properly defined as "authorizations to attain or seize below-bankruptcy-property", including arrest, without a grand jury default, indictment or presentment-asap.....and called himself "THE FIRST U.S. PRESIDENT" (over John Hancock) in doing so. As well, this is why the 1970s RICO Acts (prohibiting racketeering) defined any/all "disuadings of grand jury testimony/presentments" as "witness, evidence, and grand jury tamperings")....THAT IS, BECAUSE WE HAVE NO TRUE GOVERNMENT, THE U.S. CONSTITUTION IS BEING CRIMINALLY-OPPOSED, WHENEVER THIS GRAND JURY PRESENTMENT (VOICE OF WE THE PEOPLE) IS REMOVED FROM THE EQUATION/DUE-PROCESS....ONLY WHEN ARRESTS ARE MADE AFTER A GRAND JURY HAS VOTED/INDICTED (AND/OR, THEREAFTER, A TRIAL JURY HAS CONVICTED/SENTENCED THE INDICTED)....OR ARRESTS FOR CRIMES IN PROGRESS ARE PRESENTED TO THE GRAND JURY-ASAP (OBTAINING THE VOTE/VOICE OF WE THE PEOPLE, ASAP)....OR, AFTER A DEFAULT HAS OCCURRED BY AN ACCUSED TO THE GRAND JURY.....HAS A LAWFUL ARREST OR SEIZURE OF BELOW-BANKRUPTCY-PROPERTY OCCURRED. All other proceedings are the "MOCK TRIALS OF UTILITARIANISM OR COMMUNISM", still "harassing our people and devouring their resources" to this very day.
As we again proved with Ronald Reagan and the "1984 U.S. Bankruptcy and Judiciary Revision Act" in the 1980s, ELIMINATING SOCIAL SECURITY'S DEFICIT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN U.S. HISTORY ("revising the judiciary and bankruptcy proceedings" because any/all other rulings/votes/etc. that are not resultant from a grand jury presentment, default, unanimous-and-beyond-doubt-indictment, or grand jury presentment-asap, after an "arrest for crimes in progress occurs") are, at best, a majority-or-better, preponderable, civil verdict (and require a bankruptcy proceeding, first, before they can be enforced, Constitutionally). THAT IS, SINCE THESE PROVISIONS ARE THE ONES THAT'VE BEEN SABOTAGED/MALFUNCTIONED TO ALLOW THE "JURYLESS ARRESTS WITHOUT A GRAND JURY PRESENTMENT-ASAP" THAT STEAL THESE TAX/FRANKPENCE PAID RIGHTS/BENEFITS AND DELAY JUSTICE FROM "WE THE PEOPLE" ON THE GRAND JURY FOR HOURS, DAYS, MONTHS, YEARS, AND EVEN INDEFINITELY....ARE THE PROBLEM....ALL OF THE PROBLEMS...
From Elections that deny the "CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL WINNERS VIA DEFAULT" BALLOTINGS, as well as allowing those proven to be Constitutionally-Disqualified-Via-Such-Defaults to be placed or remain on the ballots (and allow such illegal elections to continue, even before we the people on the grand jury have spoken/voted/resolved-the-matter, as if the voting-populace's-vote, some 30%-representative, can be used to validly-replace the grand jury's default-convictions or indictments); to the erroneous,"juryless, benefits rulings" that illegally/Constitution-opposingly, aren't even presented to the grand jury, that steal probated estates, deny due-benefits, prolong injuries/illnesses, exaggerate healthcare costs-severalfold, produce epidemics, deny due-unemployment-benefits, cause preventable-foreclosures/homelessness, produce trusts deficits, enemy-arming-foreign-loans, and Civil War in our streets, as well as arming criminal agencies around the globe, World War Producingly....ONLY THE CORRECTION OF THESE MISINFORMATION SABOTAGED/MALFUNCTIONED GRAND JURY PROCESSES CAN CORRECT THE PROBLEM: ONLY THIS PROPER GRAND JURY FUNCTION CAN ELIMINATE THE CIVIL/WORLD WAR BEING PRODUCED BY THE DENIAL OF THE DUE-VOICE OF WE THE PEOPLE...
